时间 班级 2011年 11 月 7日 至 2011年 11 月 13 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 1 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C307手刹灯有时常亮 车 型:C307 1.8MT 行驶里程:66KM 故障现象:此车为新车,启动车辆后放下手刹有时手刹灯不会熄灭。 维修经过:技师验证故障现象确实存在,检查刹车油壶液面正常。用IDS电脑检测没有故障码。怀疑是不是刹车油壶故障,技师拔下刹车油壶插头,用铜丝短接插头后试车故障依旧,检查油壶插头搭铁正常,把油壶插头拔下,发现仪表会显示刹车油位低的故障,说明油壶没有问题。于是检查手刹位置传感器,测量传感器到GEM之间线路没有发现问题,这时再试手刹,手刹灯正常熄灭了,由于新车需要做装饰而这时故障又不再出现,于是业务员就暂时先将车辆放到装饰部,等到装饰做完后开回来时手刹灯又再次点亮,这时分析可能是线路有虚接或搭铁的故障,检查手刹传感器到GEM之间的线路,发现放下手刹后,传感器有100欧姆左右的电阻,正常情况下应该是完全断开的,最后发现再晃动手刹拉手时手刹灯熄灭,于是拆下手刹检查传感器线路发现传感器线再安装手刹时被挤压在了手刹低下导致与车身偶尔搭铁,重新修复线路后故障排除。

时间 2011年 11 月 14 日 至 2011年 11月 20 日 班级 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 2 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C307发动机抖动 车 型 :福克斯C307 里 程 : 14253KM 故障现象 : 发动机抖动加不上速故障灯亮且有时熄火 维修过程 :首先验证故障,此车进站时正常没有故障,通过询问客户得知故障偶尔出现,停车熄火后再启动正常。我们先用IDS检测并无故障码,查看PCM为ACG老版本,由于厂家为解决福克斯行驶熄火提供了新版本ACJ,所以对PCM进行了升级,建议客户使用观察。在将车开出车间经过减速带时故障出现,将车开回车间用IDS检测,故障码为:歧管绝对压力传感器输入偏低 用IDS读取数据流看数据流,TP1 TP2 MAP等的数据都接近于0伏,明显是不正常的。由于多个数据不对,此问题应该出在线路短路断路或电脑程序错误,才会这样。由于此车是新车又刚升过级,PCM应该不会有问题。本着由简到难检查,由于故障码多为节气门故障,检查节气门线束,这时发现节气门线束与空滤壳固定铁片摩擦,将节气门线束的4号脚和5号脚磨破短路。

Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other修手册,DTCB2139,说明的状况是:数据配置错误(接收数据无法与预期的搭配)。介于PCM与仪表之间无法与保全讯息配合,车辆无法启动。结合P12160这个故障码,把故障点锁定在点火钥匙上。因为网络通讯跟线路没问题,而且用IDS读取故障码又没有读取到其他故障码,PCM.ICM.PATS收发器如果本身有故障的话,肯定会有其他的故障码出现的。 为了进一步确认是否是主钥匙损坏。用VMM查看PATS收发器的数据波形图。发现打开钥匙PATS收发器没信号发出。 综合以上所有条件,确认是主钥匙损坏,叫车主拿备用钥匙来,顺利启动车辆,故障排除。 维修心得:这个故障的原因就是主钥匙损坏,接收的数据无法与预期的搭配,导致被动防盗启动,无法着车。本来这个故障可以很快就找出大致的故障范围,但是就是不善用车辆本身自带的诊断索引。每次类似这种被动防盗启动,根本就没想过可以通过指示灯闪烁代码找出大概的故障点。这样就导致我们排除故障时会跑一些弯路。所以我们要擅用这些诊断索引跟维修手册。

Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other任何抖动,加速也无任何影响。看来很显然是硬性故障,进入数据流观察MAP为36kpa,转速是764。观察正常车辆MAP为31kpa转速是756。根据同样转速进气压力相差5kpa。 用IDS诊断仪对进气增压系统中的MAP(进气歧管绝对压力传感器)、LONG(发动机负荷)、MAF(空气流量传感器)、RPM(发动机转速)、TP(节气门位置传感器) 根据故障码解释的含义应该就是进气系统漏气,对于EcoBoost这款发动机进气系统同时采用MAF和MAP来检测进气量。这样无论是节气门的前方还是后方漏气都会造车进气系泄漏的故障码,这样首先检查进气外部没有轻微漏气的情况,为了避免疏漏把所有的进气软管都从新安装一遍,故障还是依旧,难道是进气压力绝对传感器和空气流量计输出错误数值,进行了更换还是如此。无奈之下,在观察该车节气门的开度12.93%,正常车辆的节气门11.76%,这也是不正常的现象,难道是节气门的问题,节气门的开度不对确实也会造成进气压力偏高,于是更换了节气门故障消失。为了更准确的验证用专用清洗剂清洗节门,同时发现节气门有卡滞现象,在一仔细观察节气门翻板轴附近沾浮很小的鉄屑, 这才是造成故障灯亮起的主要原因。

时间 班级 2012年 1 月9日 至 2012年 1月 15 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 10 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C307耗油量大 车型: C307 行驶里程:65040KM 故障现象:客户反映此车百公里油耗为14升,热车时收油门转速下降缓慢 故障原因:技师验证故障现象确实存在,怠速状态目测无异常,加油门急收时,转速表在1600RPM时停顿一秒左右才降到正常怠速,用IDS检测未发现故障代码,用IDS读取数据流发现怠速783.8RPM,MAP数值1.39V,点火提前角-8.5度,LOAD变大,正常应该是怠速688RPM左右,MAP数值1.1V-1.3V,点火提前角应为正值,根据数据流分析应是进气有漏气的地方,喷化清剂没有找到漏气点,拆检进气道后发现曲轴箱废气软管破裂,更换后故障排除。 维修总结:此车因为进气道漏气,导致进气压力上升,MAP值变大,PCM接受MAP数据增加喷油量,转速提升,因为实际怠速与目标怠速相差过大,PCM指令节气门开度变小,降至最小,尽量使怠速接近目标怠速,因为MAP值变大,喷油量增加,导致混合气变浓,浓混合气容易点燃,而且火焰传播速度快,为使发动机产生最有效的爆发力,所以PCM指示推迟点火正时,加油门急收回时,进气管真空度瞬时降到最低,PCM指示转速逐渐下降,但进气管真空度瞬时降到最低后,因为漏气,真空度又回升一点,PCM感测到MAP值的变化,所以转速有一个瞬间停顿,导致不能正常回ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... 时间 班级 2012年 1 月23日 至 2012年 1月 29 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 12 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 307故障灯亮 车 型:307 1.8MT 行驶里程: 5638KM 故障现象:故障灯亮 维修过程:故障灯亮首先检查故障代码为P0304-E3-PCM。含义:侦测到第四汽缸缺火。但是试车却没有发现有发挫的现象。分析故障码引起原因无非就以下几个方面:1.点火线圈或者火嘴故障引起;2.电脑控制或者EGR系统引起;3.喷油嘴或者供油系统引起。 由于试车没有试到有发挫现象,咨询客户也没有觉得有其他不正常的现象,油耗个方面都没有异常。首先检查火嘴没有发现有燃烧异常的情况,与其他几个缸对比没有明显发黑或者其他。试车也没有异常,于是将故障码清楚将三四缸火嘴点火线圈对调后进行了较为长距离的试车也没有问题,故障灯也没有点亮,对数据流进行分析没有异常数据,怀疑会不会是间歇点火不良导致,建议客户留车试车,由于客户要用车就先提车用车,几天后客户回厂,灯再次点亮,检测故障代码依旧为P0304,之前火嘴点火线圈都已经对换过了,还是这样的故障码应该就与点火系统没有什么关系了,检查点火线圈插脚正常,会不会是喷油或者电脑引起呢?本着又简到难的方法先对喷油嘴进行检查,拆下喷油嘴倒油的时候发现油轨内部很多锈渣,以四缸喷油嘴位置最为严重,于是对喷油油轨以及喷油嘴进行清ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... 时间 班级 2012年 2 月20日 至 2012年 2月 26 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 16 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C307 无法启动 车型:C307 1.8AT 行驶里程:29300公里 故障现象:车辆无法启动,经搭电后可以启动。 维修过程:经了解,车辆是在车库里停放了三天后出现此故障。根据车主反映故障情况,我们初步把故障锁定在车辆用电设备可能有漏电或电池不蓄电、发动机发电不良。我们首先检查电池,电池电量有510CCA,电池放电量正常。再测量发动机的发电量同样正常。接着检查车辆的放电量。接上电流表时,全车锁上一会后,放电电流在0.57A左右变化,等了二十几分钟后车辆进入休眠状态时,放电电流还保持在0.50A左右,明显是有用电设备没进入休眠状态,存在漏电。接下来排除漏电点,首先发现车主加装了防盗器,拆掉防盗器后,一样不变。没办法只有一个一个用电设备来排除,拆掉CD机现象一样,当检查到CJB上的保险丝时,拔掉F107 10A保险时,发现放电电流降到0.31A。看来问题就在这边,查看线路图发现此保险为仪表电源、DLC诊断插头电源。由于DLC的16号脚比较好测量,首先测量此16号脚对地的电阻,发现有114.3欧,正常来说是无穷大才对。现在就剩下线路和CJB、IC拉。拔开C102 插头分别测量车辆C102 的9号脚到DLC得16好脚的电阻,和C102的7号脚到仪表32号脚的电阻,都为0.02欧,线路正常。把仪表拆掉,故障依旧。更换GEMctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and otherCD307油表不准 车型:CD307 里程:5442 故障现象:多次反映油表不准 诊断过程:该车车架号是LVSHCAAE7AF出厂前已装配5M519A299AA1的位传感器不应该会再出现油表不准。首先是先和客户去加油站熄火后加满油后发现油表在3/4和满格之间,要等了十几分钟后油表才慢慢升到满油位置,验证了客户提出的故障是属实。但这车有个奇怪的现象就只要油是满的每次启动油表都无法一次指到满格必须等十几分钟后才能指到满格。第一步、举起车子把油箱抬下来检查油泵安装位置,抬下油箱后发现油泵上的的三角号与油箱上的三角号相对应说明油泵安装没有问题。第二步、折下油泵检查油位传感器浮子活动顺畅没有发卡现象。第三步测量油位传感器电阻10-140欧属正常数值,用指针万用表两支表笔接在油位传感器黄、绿两根线上,把浮子从最低点抬到最高点,指针很顺滑的从140欧摆10欧。指针很顺滑的摆动说明电阻卡在滑动时接触良好。检查项目都很正常没有发现故障点先用替换法试试,换上新的油位传感器试车故障依旧,把换下来的油位传感器装在正常车辆(没有反映油表不准)油表指示正常。看来问题不在油位传感器上了,现在把重点放在线路上,检查了油泵到GEM线路正常插头接触良好,找了台同型号的车对换GEM、仪表等故障依旧,该车拆下来的配件装在另一台车上后都很正常。维修一时陷入僵局,也无从下手只好先装回去让客户先走。 接下来不时的有些客户反映油表不准可车架号都在之后的,其怪的事其它城市这车架号之后的油表不准很少呀为什么就我们家的多呢??对来ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... 时间 班级 2012年 3 月12日 至 2012年 3月 18 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 19 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 307间歇性出现限速模式 车 型:C307 1.8AT 行驶里程:98567KM。 故障现象:仪表间歇性显示限速模式,加油无力。 故障排除:仔细询问客户得知此故障一个月只出现过几次,重新启动后一切正常,出现问题车主靠边停车并拍了照片如下:连接IDS检测无发现任何故障代码,查看APP1与APP2数据也没发现异常,于是进行路试但也无试到此类故障现象,根据仪表故障信息提示,查看了维修资料产生限速模式的条件为油门踏板中的APP1与APP2都出现故障时才会产生这种现象。还有就是电子节气门体故障也会出现此故障。分析出现故障可能原因有:1.油门踏板供电电源以及搭铁存在接触不良问题.2.油门踏板本身问题。3.电子节气门体故障。4.PCM本身故障。油门踏板相关线路以及PCM相关线路有虚接现象。根据线路图首先检查了油门踏板传感器的供电保险F75,无发现接触不良过热烧蚀现象,以及G12搭铁点连接可靠,查看数据流并再次与其它车对比了踏板传感器APP1与APP2电压,从全关状态半开状态到全开状态都作了对比结果都没发现异常。怀疑线路有接触不良现象,对油门踏板及PCM线束进行了全面拉动检测及整理,检查了所以相关的插头,保险丝与继电器也进行了检查也无发现异常.检查了电子节气门也无发现发卡等异常现象。由于故障在短时间内无法重现对这次维修带来ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other了很大的困难,此时也不知该从何下手了,无耐之下只好找公司试乘试驾车与该车对调了PCM、油门踏板传感器和电子节气门给客户试用。并要求客户留意如故障发生时多注意当时的行驶状况及环境。车子行驶不到两个星期后接到客户电话说问题又出现了,但因车子在外地故没能马上回厂作检测。当一个多月后再次回厂检测时再次询问了故障发生时的行驶的具体情况。客户提到这几次故障发生时都是行驶到80多公里时速时发生,仪表出现速度限制模式前车子会抖动了几下。按常理分析产生抖动的原因最常见的故障应是点火上面出了问题,于是拆检了点火线圈及火花塞发现火花塞有点烧蚀外并无发现其他异常现象;抱着试试的态度建议客户把火花塞更换,同时将4个点火线圈也与公司试乘试驾车做了对调,结果车子行驶近三个月以来,对客户电话进行多次跟踪得知一直都无出现过上述故障。而公司试乘试驾车却也没发生限速模式的故障,只是在用了一个多月后出现了发动机抖动的现象,检查为4缸缺火,后换了该缸点火线圈.分析:在这里唯一能解析的就是电磁波干扰问题了,随着电子技术在现代汽车上运用越来越广,由此而产生电磁波干扰问题也越来越多,经常产生无故障码和伪码故障等疑难杂症,很大程度上增加了维修难度,大家都知道在点火系统中的点火线圈,火花塞都是干扰源,尤其火花塞是引起高频电磁干扰的主要部件。当点火线圈初级电路被切断后,在初级电路将发生的是一种衰减振荡,;初级电路的最高振幅值一般为300—500V,同时在次级线圈中所感应的次级电压最大值一般在20000—30000V,足以击穿火花塞的电击间隙,产生电火花放电时对数十米内的电子装置都会产生强烈的干扰,此车怀疑就是有故障的点火线圈及火花塞存在,导致强烈的电磁波干扰到PCM。 ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... 时间 班级 2012年 3 月26日 至 2012年 4月 1 日 汽车0903 姓名 肖师钢 周次 学号 实习岗位 第21 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 CD345间歇性无法启动 车型:2.0 AT 里程:1240 km 故障现象:客户描述偶发性无法启动。从客户处了解到该故障共发生三次,并无规律,冷车热车均会发生,有时候等一会就能启动,有时多打几次马达也能启动,故障发生时启动马达工作正常。 维修过程:IDS自测有高低压燃油系统压力过低故障码,数据流跟其他车比较正常,实测油压也正常。分析启动马达能工作说明PATS、PCM电源和搭铁、网络通讯、蓄电池电源等没有问题,由于在我店检查时各工况良好,暂时排除机械问题,根据上述分析故障有如下几点: 1.主要的输入信号丢失,造成不点火喷油。 2.点火系统故障,主要是电源、搭铁和连接。 3.供油系统故障,油泵、油泵模块、电源搭铁、PWM控制线路。 根据分析我们做了相关线路检查,没发现问题,故障也没有重现。经过上述检查,结合IDS自测有油压低的故障码,所以重点就在油泵和油泵模块这里。拆下油箱后检查发现油泵一焊接点脱焊,更换油泵后故障排除。

时间 班级 2012年 4 月2日 至 2012年 4月 8日 汽车0903 姓名 尹贵新 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 22 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 307 发动机怠速抖动 车型:C307 1.8MT 里程:59771KM 故障现象:发动机怠速抖动,但路试时加速动力无明显不足,也无顿挫现象,据车主反映在外面做过大修后出现如此故障。 维修过程: IDS检测没有故障码,进入数据流测试燃烧方面的数据从数据流看,LOAD发动机负荷数值偏大,长期修正值为负,且负很多,进气压力MAP数值大,下游氧传感器与上游波形一致,点火角为负,这些参数均不正确,且共同说明混合比存在问题、燃烧不完全,进而造成发动机负荷过大,推迟点火角以稳定怠速,或者发动机正时不正确,同样会出现上面的数据流。1. 混合比不正确,首先考虑漏气,用化清剂在四个喷油嘴周边测试发现发动机转速下降明显。2.拆下喷油嘴,发现密封圈比正常的细,更换四个胶圈,在安装喷油嘴的时候发现向下插进缸盖没有发涩的感觉,因为密封圈和喷油嘴安装孔之间的过盈配合总能有一些阻力,说明喷油嘴不能入位。3.取下喷油嘴和正常喷油嘴比较发现该车四个喷油嘴是其他车型喷嘴或副厂件,4.由于卡子卡槽位置高低不同,导致两个喷嘴总长度虽然一样,但替代件在定位卡子定位以后,实际安装位置就短了,不能保证密封圈全部进入安装孔,这样还会漏气,而且替代件是否能保证流量一样是个未知数,于是更换了四个新的喷油嘴。5.更换了新喷嘴以后做密封性测ctivities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation ... 时间 班级 2012年 4 月9日 至 2012年 4月 15 日 汽车0903 姓名 尹贵新 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 23 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C345仪表显示异常 车型:07款1.8 MT行驶里程:36588KM 故障现象:发动机故障灯亮,气囊灯亮,环境温度灯亮红色,手制动灯亮,信息中心温度显示为---,驾驶侧玻璃升降开关无法控制其它车门玻璃升降,四车门无法设定一键上升功能。 维修过程:根据以前的维修经验判断此故障明显是中速网故障,首先检查C102插头接触正常(老款福克斯此插头经常出现故障),用万用表测量诊断接口3-11号针脚电阻为60.1欧姆,3号针脚对地电压为2.68V,11号针脚对地电压为2.48V,经过上述检查证明中速网是正常的,用IDS检测故障码为P0071:网络测试挂在中速网上的模块全部合格。 重新验证故障现象,发现空调泵在车辆启动后自动工作,完全不受开AC关控制,查看AC开关数据流,其中AC始终为ON,根据AC信号控制策略:AC开关-GEM-IC-PCM-AC继电器-压缩机, IC为网关,而IDS检测气囊模块正常,仪表仍然亮气囊灯,判断仪表出现问题,更换仪表,故障排除。 分析:在维修该车时没有首先使用IDS检测,而根据以往经验修车,走了一些不必要的弯路,在以后工作中一定灵活运用先进的诊断仪器,不能再凭经验修车了。

时间 班级 2012年 4 月16日 至 2012年 4月 21 日 汽车0903 姓名 尹贵新 周次 学号 实习岗位 第 24 周 机电 实习单位 江西省吉安永福达汽车有限公司 C345发动机故障灯常亮 车型:福克斯2.0 里程:55000 故障现象:发动机故障灯常亮,信息中心显示发动机系统故障。 维修过程:1.首先,验证故障现象,发动机故障灯常亮,信息中心显示发动机系统故障。关点火开关后再启动正常,踩四五次制动后,信息中心先显示制动灯故障,然后显示发动机系统故障。2.用IDS检测,有故障码:P0571-63(刹车开关A电路)、P1703(BOO开关超出自测范围)。3.进入资料记录器,查看PCM的BRK_LT_SW(刹车灯开关信号,黑色)和IC的BRAKONOFF(蓝色刹车开关)两个参数状态,在反复踩制动时,IC里的蓝色刹车开关状态一直为OFF,PCM里的黑色开关状态正常。4.更换蓝色刹车开关,试车,故障依旧。查看电路图可知,蓝色刹车开关是给IC提供一个搭铁信号,踩下制动时断开。断开C824插头,测量2号脚对地电阻0.2欧,证明搭铁良好。测量1号脚对地电阻9欧,接下来检查C112连接器,当断开C112时,蓝色刹车开关状态变为ON,直接在C112处给仪表搭铁信号,开关状态有变化。此时再测量C824的1号脚对地电阻依然为9欧,证明在C824到C112之间的线路对地有短路。拆检后发现,在左侧门槛处线束有搭铁。修复线束,清楚故障码后试车,故障彻底排除。
