摘 要
本工程为慈溪市太阳纺织器材有限公司二期工程,是多层民用建筑,建筑面积为2677.9m2,是三层框架结构,房屋高度为15.40m。本次施工组织设计,以图纸为依据,结合实际的施工,编制出施工计划,绘制出施工进度横道图。
具体来讲,在施工组织设计中,我们先确定总的施工方案,明确施工工艺,在根据分部分项工程的特点,制定出每个分项工程的施工计划与关键技术。根据场地的实际地形,绘制出施工平面布置图。其中,还包括安全措施、突发事件、应急措施……我们加入当前土木行业中的先进工艺与前沿科技,使我们的设计更加详细、具体、科学,便于实际施工。
