摘要：Compsns for increasing fruit yields contain (a) an auxin, (b) a gibberellin, and (c)are deriv. of formula R1-NHCONHR2 (where R1 is H, an opt. substd. hydrocarbon radicalor an opt. substd. heterocyclic gp.; R2 is opt. substd. phenyl). Application of the compsns.to apples and drupes during or after blossoming increases fruit setting, reduces fruitdrop, increases fruit size, and even induces parthenocarpy in unpollonated blossom.Component (a) is pref. 1-naphthylacetic acid, 2-naphthyloxyacetic acid or a salt or esterthereof, or a chlorinated phenoxyalkanoic or benzoic acid or a salt or ester thereof.Component (b) is pref. gibberellin A3, A4 or A7. Component (C) is pref. a urea deriv. inwhich R1 is opt. substd. phenyl or heterocyclyl, and is esp. diphenylurea. The wt. ratio of(c) to (b) is pref. 0.5-20:1 (esp. 5-20:1) and the wt. ratio of (a) to (b) is pref. 1:100-10:1 (esp.1:10-5:1). The prefd. compsns. are eq. spray washes contg. 10-250 ppm (a), 10-500 ppm(b) and 10-100 ppm (c).
